Term-by-Term Headcount

Scenario

The IR office needs a simple headcount of registered students per term to track enrollment trends over the past several years.

Expected output

One row per term with registered students, showing the headcount, sorted chronologically. Term codes do not sort in calendar order ('2024FA' sorts before '2024SP'), so order by the term's start date in ods_terms.
